Founder & CEO
CEO of a Raleigh based startup company for association management for 12 years. Successfully sold the company and started a division for a major Real-estate brokerage firm. Planned and presided over 100 plus board meetings. Janelle has an overwhelming passion to stop animal abuse and to aggressively work for certified humane practices for our animals. She is an active philanthropist and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Unlocking Silent Histories: A nonprofit that seeks to instill its original culture back to indigenous people.
Sabrina Dively, Principal and CEO of Central Communications Group has more than 20 years in management and creative production with numerous private sector and government agencies. She has extensive experience with nonprofits and found her heart and passion working with the underserved and underfunded.
Maya has an infinity for computer technology and web development. Her passion for the nonprofit organization industry prompts her to make them more technologically and socially relevant through smart social media practices.

These are the people who determine which charities are consistent with our organization's mission and monitor their effectiveness. In addition to adherence to legal standards and ethical norms, these are the people who secure adequate resources for our organization to fulfill its mission.
Sam is a partner with Trinity Partners based in Raleigh, NC. A full serviCE BROKERAGE COMPANY THAT SERVICES RETAIL, INVESTMENT PROPERTY AND OFFERS TENANT REPRESENTATION. SAM HAS EFFECTIVELY STARTED AND EXITED SEVERAL BUSINESSES. HE’S ALSO A VERY ACTIVE MEMBER IN THE RALEIGH COMMUNITY WITH A STRONG ALLEGIANCE TO THE TAMMY LYNN FOUNDATION CENTER; A NONPROFIT THAT HELPS CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. SAM CURRENTLY SITS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE AMERICAN RED CROSS IN RALEIGH, NC.
Valerie is one of the founders of a Nonprofit Organization, "All 4 Cats Rescue," in Wilmington, NC. She currently serves as the VP and medical and foster coordinator. Prior to animal rescue, Valerie started a non profit for a state park in Indiana. She also owned and operated three businesses and lived on a nature preserve island. Afterwards, Valerie worked for several years at the SPCA. Nothing is too much of an adventure for Valerie and her love of animals drives her spirit.
Charles has a background in law and equity and real estate investments. After practicing law, he became one of four managers of Babington Management, LLC, which oversees a portfolio of various equity holdings and commercial real estate projects located throughout the US.

President/Founder of A.Revell Communications, has, for 25 years, been integrally involved in the introduction of more than 125 innovative products. She first co-founded the company in 1993 in Seattle, and worked closely with entrepreneurs and executives, introducing innovations ranging from Aventail to F5, from NetNanny to Real Networks.
Donna is a professor of Educational Leadership at the University of
North Carolina - Wilmington and the founder and director of Unlocking Silent Histories (USH), a non-profit that aims to amplify the voices and identities of indigenous youth.
